Gerelyne Reboroso

I graduated Nursing last 2020 with honors (Cum Laude) and became a Registered Nurse. On the same year as a newly college graduate, I already landed a job as a Program and Development Manager for a nursing association and worked there for more than 5 years. My main responsibility is to manage all the Departments and Committees' programs alongside with the various heads and team members. Some of the programs/projects that we handle include research, conventions or seminars, website and social media network. I supervised at least 5 employees. I ensure that all records and documents of the organization are properly recorded and well-managed. Apart from this full-time job, I also became a trainer for Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support under American Heart Association and became a Virtual Clinical Support Specialist and consultant. My latter's job responsibility is a back office support that provides service to clients in a clinic located in Texas, USA. Part of my role includes: Confirming schedules/appointment of the patients; Verification of precertification to the insurance company ; Making prescriptions per doctor’s order and sending to the supplier; Monitoring the patient’s progress through compliance call; Maintaining privacy and confidentiality of patient’s information. I also made manuals for Standard Operating Procedure and train new employees. I had my Master of Arts in Nursing degree as well and Teacher Certificate Program. I have done all of these simultaneously for years. I have then decided to move to Qatar and currently I am working as an HR and Admin Manager for more than 5 years now. I am already married with one daughter. With this new milestone in life, I had shifted my priorities towards taking care of my family while earning a living. So I have decided to look for online jobs which will help me realize my dreams of being at home with my family while working. I am a very dedicated person and can juggle multiple tasks at the same period without compromising the output. I ensure that I give my 100% in everything I do because that's how I work.
