experience in the Maintenance field. My professional history includes

and Planner Coordinator (Senior / Lead Planner) not only in the Forestry and
Mining industry but also in the Oil and Gas industry.
I have a strong working knowledge of various FMCG industries. I’m always

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SENIOR / LEAD PLANNER
- Responsible for Engineering budget and Monthly cost presentation to management.
- Conduct Engineering meetings with plant Engineers in Engineering managers absence.
- Compiling and distribution of Weekly Plant Engineers meeting.
- Coordinate Shutdown plans, bar charts and responsible for post-mortem meeting presentation to
management.
- Building of shutdown WBS project on SAP as well as managing budget distribution.
- Responsible for implementing Maintenance strategies.
- Responsible for standardization of the planning process across departments.
- Assessing & determining criticality of equipment.
- Compiling critical & general spares lists.
- Gathering equipment manuals, drawings & certificates from suppliers.
- Storing of manufacturer data & drawings on the Data management system (DMS) and linking it to SAP.
- Generate Equipment per Functional location & marking thereof.
- Creating complete Functional location structure for new Phase.
- Creating complete Maintenance plans as per manufacturer’s specifications.
