With 20 years of experience in humanitarian logistics and supply chain management across international NGOs and United Nations agencies, I have built a career focused on delivering efficient, strategic, and scalable supply chain solutions in complex operational environments. Since 2014, I have worked in expatriate roles across multiple regions, leading cross-functional teams and developing robust supply chain systems in both emergency and development contexts.

My expertise lies in end-to-end supply chain strategy designing, implementing, and optimizing systems that ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to vulnerable populations. I have led major supply chain transformation projects, including the rollout of global and country-specific SOPs, procurement frameworks, last-mile delivery mechanisms, and warehousing strategies tailored to fragile and resource-constrained settings.

A key focus of my work has been institutionalizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve accountability, compliance, and operational consistency. I have successfully developed and deployed SOPs for procurement, inventory control, fleet management, and emergency logistics, aligned with donor requirements and organizational policies. These efforts have significantly enhanced operational efficiency and risk mitigation across country and regional offices.

In addition to technical leadership, I am committed to capacity building—mentoring national staff, facilitating training programs, and fostering local ownership of supply chain systems. I bring strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with ERP platforms (such as UN ERP and NGO-specific tools), and a proven ability to adapt global best practices to local realities.
