Gerard Jakob Juntilla

I pursued my undergraduate studies at the University of San Carlos, majoring in Management Accounting within the School of Business and Economics. In addition to my academic pursuits, I actively manage a rental property through Airbnb. Although I have not held a formal bookkeeping position, I have gained hands-on experience managing financial records by maintaining accurate records for rental property income and expenses, tracking payments and invoices, and preparing simple financial statements. I have completed coursework in accounting and bookkeeping principles and am proficient in using accounting software, including QuickBooks. My attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage financial documentation have enabled me to support business operations in various capacities in an effective manner.
