I was an executive Secretary in a Real Estate company for almost eight (8) years. Prior to this, I was an Office staff in a law office for almost a year and was also hired as contract of service of Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) as area supervisor under the National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTS-PR).
Also, I was an Administrative Assistant of Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. Aside from admin duties, my task mostly were renaming PDF files and loading files to Google drive. Right now, I am currently working at MPH Realty and brokerage. I am incharge for online marketing like posting properties for sale in social media like facebook and also at different posting sites like craiglist, dotproperty, lamudi, locanto, propertyfinder and other free posting sites.
As for my skills, I am an experienced user of Microsoft Office (MS word, excel and PowerPoint). I can also type 40 - 60 words per minute.
With my past experienced in my work, I can assure you that I am hard working, efficient, reliable and dependable. I can work with less supervision and see to it that I can finish all my given task on or before deadline.
