I’m Geraldine Rabi from the Philippines. As a licensed Chemical Technician, I’ve built a strong foundation in both technical support and data encoding, which has given me a versatile skill set. My journey started with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, and I’ve since applied that knowledge in various roles.

In my time as a Technical Support Representative, I had the chance to tackle all kinds of technical issues, resolving them efficiently while keeping customer satisfaction front and center. I found it incredibly rewarding to help people by breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable steps.

Alongside this, I’ve worked as a Data Encoder, where precision and attention to detail were key. Handling and processing data meticulously was a big part of my job, ensuring that everything was accurate and up-to-date.

The blend of these experiences has given me a well-rounded skill set. I approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, thanks to my technical background, and I communicate clearly and effectively, drawing from my customer service experience. I’m confident that this mix of technical know-how and practical experience will allow me to contribute positively and make a real difference on any team.
