My recent home based account is with an online furniture in Sydney Australia. I was one of the dispatch team member who was tasked to handle incoming, outgoing calls for deliveries, call coordination with couriers like Civic Transport, Allied Express, Toll-IPEC and Air Road and attends to customer via chat support. I also do e-mail coordination with couriers and customers regarding delivery concerns. I was also tasked to do data entry for the orders and we used Netsuite as our platform. I have been working with them for more than 2 years outside Upwork.

I have worked with another Australian company who deals with Ethan IT Company in Sydney. I was assigned to recruit IT Managers to work with their firm and subscribe with their IT services as well. I was the only Filipino working for their company until Ethan decided to get more Filipino home based since the campaign became very successful. We have used websites and Linkedin for research and lead generation tools. I have worked with this company for more than 2 years.

Another home based job that I have handled was with a UK employer who developed an E-book for successful businessmen. I was tasked to call popular and elite entrepreneurs to schedule a 30-minute interview that will be incorporated in the E-book. After 2 days, I was able to schedule Wally Amos, the famous owner of Amos chips in US, and another IT businessman. My UK employer was so thrilled and happy with my work output.

I have worked in a leading telecommunications company here in the Philippines for 10 years as a Call Center Supervisor under Customer Service Department. I have been trained on how to deal with customers on different prospective. In lieu to that, I have received numerous awards being the best customer service oriented employee. I have also learned how to handle stress and be patient at all times.
