IICA (Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture) on the threats, viability and
opportunities available for the local farmers for the broiler and poultry market in St. Lucia and in the
region.
St. Lucia Social Development Fund (SSDF)
Provision of research, assessment and reporting for the levels of poverty in the Micoud and Vieux
Fort communities respectively. This was to aid them in providing the necessary programs and
support to these communities.

Caribbean Development Bank (CDB)/Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF)
Undertook a Community Training Program in the Roseau community through the training of their
Management Group in waste management, facility management, leadership and community
empowerment. This was done in conjunction with the new Public Facility funded and constructed
through the Caribbean Development Bank.

Main speaker at the Ministry of Agriculture staff retreat. Overall goal of the speech was to build up
