I've been with the customer service and sales industry for 10 long years. I am currently holding an Operations Manager position in one of the largest TELCO company in the US catering business and consumer accounts.

Providing world class customer service and contributing to sales growth while developing homegrown talent is my passion. My foundation is my data driven decision making approach to understand trends and make plans out of it.
