Responsible for Recruitment and Selection in the company's Diversity and Inclusion
field. Acting as Business Partner for Apprentices and PwDs.
In the Apprentice Program, it had the following activities:
- Screening and selection of apprentices from São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro for
vacancies in several company sectors and branches, performing passive recruitment
(the funnel) through the Greenhouse ATS platform.
- Sending more adherent profiles to managers in the area of the vacancy.
- Interview scheduling for managers.
- Support the admission and delivery of documents for apprentices. Paying attention
to established deadlines and sending the necessary data to partner institutions.
- Payment of Invoices in Oracle monthly, paying attention to deadlines and balance
in the PO (Purchase Order).
- Support for questions about the process and the program, problem-solving for
apprentices and managers.
- Conducting onboarding for apprentices with guidance on company benefits, salary,
legal obligations, and other questions.
- Support in calculating quotas.

to the vacancy. Focused hiring at multiple senior levels for IT, Design, Compliance,
Finance, etc.
