I've been with the BPO industry for almost 10 years now, started my journey as CSR in a well-known publishing financial company in the US, handling general services including customer care, upsell, handling technical troubleshooting, retention, and assisting customers in navigating the online platforms. As the years goes by, I went to different campaigns and I believe my skills improved, I was assigned in travel account, hotel reservation and I discovered that you can excel in something you have not yet experienced you just simply need to use your imagination, be friends with Google, read and learn the information and you will be able to sale something big.
