I have a almost three years of experience in customer service. I worked as a data entry clerk and front desk receptionist for a year, where I handled both administrative tasks and direct customer interaction.

In that role, I greeted customers, directed them appropriately, and helped create a welcoming environment. I also managed incoming and outgoing calls, including warm transfers to the relevant departments, ensuring each customer was connected to the right person efficiently.

In addition, I assisted customers with paying outstanding bills and handled sensitive paperwork, including filing and maintaining customer records. This role helped me strengthen my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
