This includes tracking of orders, website navigation, setting up an account, escalating things when necessary, processing a refund, processing an order, answering e-mails, canceling an order, promoting products, and using Microsoft Word or Excel spreadsheet to enter data. I’m one of the best agents with multiple awards as I always strive to be the best at what I do. I am punctual and reliable, detail oriented person has the passion for continuous learning and can work with minimal supervision. I figure things out when needed and always make sure that everything is done properly and well organized.
