As a Shift Supervisor in a well known coffee shop is such a big responsibility for me over 3 years and 10 months. I'm responsible in everything that happening to our store. Our coffee shop is something that a lot of people look up to worldwide. In order for us or for me to maintain our brand we use the word Store Walk everyday before opening the Store. I need to check everything is in place. Check the change fund, Check the LST (Labor Schedule Time Tracking) I need to have a Shift Goal everyday so everything will be organized accordingly and will help to run my Shift smoothly. What is perfect shift for me? I can say that all of the customers are highly satisfied with our service, zero complaints, no malfunction with our machine. As a shift supervisor we used Excel and Outlook as a tool that help us to run the business.
