Hi, I’m Coach Mike — a 73-year-old Navy veteran, lifelong strength trainer, and on-camera content creator with the muscles (and energy) of a 30-year-old.
I’ve been training for over five decades — starting as a high school wrestler, then serving in the US Navy, and never stopping since. What started as a personal commitment to health and strength has turned into a second career: helping others build a body (and mindset) that lasts.
My specialty lies in strength training, isometrics, longevity, and weight loss — but my deeper focus is helping people defy the clock and rediscover vitality at any age. I started coaching five years ago after younger guys kept asking how I stayed so strong. Now I offer 1-on-1 coaching, and I also create compelling video content for brands looking to reach health-conscious audiences.
