My career began in the BPO sector as a Technical Support Specialist for Arlo CCTVs, providing assistance to US-based customers. During the pandemic, I transitioned into teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), where I worked with students from various countries, including China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines.

Currently, as a Virtual Assistant, I specialize in Real Estate, CBD, Solar Energy, Healthcare, E-commerce, restaurants and advertising, handling various tasks such as appointment setting (calls to leads, FSBOs, and real estate companies), managing client calendars, creating content (newsletters, presentations, flyers), and providing backend admin support. I also conduct training sessions for new team members and manage reporting to clients.
