Genevieve Manimtim

I am an Interior Designer who has handled projects ranging from retail to luxury residential, handling them from conceptual phase up to turnover. My specialty is in designing and detailing lighting fixtures, overseeing production to installation; and furniture and soft furnishing design. I am adept in using important software programs necessary for the role, such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Google Sketch Up, and other rendering software.

I also excel at identifying and communicating with potential clients, developing and implementing new design concepts, and maintaining strategic relations with vendors and business partners. Additionally, I am experienced in providing beneficial advice and recommendations to clients on interior design, preparing and processing purchase orders, and working on the constant improvement of client satisfaction. I have demonstrated numerous times throughout the years that I am a great team player with exceptional communication skills and the ability to function and operate under pressure.
