Register all benefits with the relevant third parties, i.e. provident fund,
medical aid, social security, etc.
Upload, maintain and update SAP Personnel Administration (PA) Master
Data on the system and ensure changes are affected immediately.
Administer process changes on SAP PA in terms of employee records with
regards to conditions of employments, transfer, promotion and terminations by:
Examining details and determining implications to the SAP PA system (i.e.
personal details, contract elements, resident status) and querying discrepancies with the originator and correcting when necessary.
