My name is Genesis R. Dalusong, I am a virtual assistant who provides great services for my client and for the respected company. I have experience as a cold caller lead generator. It is a real state. I am proficient in a variety of dialers for outgoing and incoming calls: Xencall, Mojo, Call Tools, Phone Fusion, Five 9, and Batch Dialers. I'm a computer expert, I know how to troubleshoot hardware and software. I am also knowledgeable in computer software such as Microsoft Office for desktop work, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Google Sketch Up for visual graphic design. I am trainable for the things I need to know and very passionate about what I do. I'm very sensitive to small details, I want my work to be as perfect as it can be.

Before I became a call center agent, I spent five years as a computer lecturer at the college, private school, I teach programming, computer troubleshooting of software/hardware, visual graphic design, and computer theories

·      Outbound calls, inbound calls, customer coordination, and scheduling as directed by the campaign.

·      Follow various communication and rebuttal scenarios when speaking to an owner/seller.

·      Obtain client or client information, interview clients, and verify the information.

·      Research required information using available resources. I am normally using Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.

·      Route calls to relevant resources.

·      Document or write down all call information in accordance with standards and guidelines.

·      Track customer/client calls as needed.

·      Evaluating acquired information from customers or clients for submission and processing.

·      Maintain and improve the quality of calls, respecting standards and guidelines.

·      Accomplishes individual or team qualitative and quantitative objectives.

·      Set up appointments between private investors and a real estate salesperson.

·      Sending text messages, responding to the search for a potential lead.
