I have been working as a Freelancer now for more than 4 years. I have with various projects such as appointment setting and data entry as my specialty. However, it is not limited only to these skills but together with it I do data mining and scraping with lots of internet or website research. The projects that I have handled also calls for email handling and email marketing. There are even projects I handled where I do content and article writing, including SEO writing and business letters and correspondences. There is also a project where I became a virtual assistant who does social media marketing and telemarketing and Lead generation. Whatever skills the project requires I have it. Whatever it to takes to do the job done. Aside from Freelancing I have been in and around the BPO Industry for more than 14 years and is considered as one of the pioneers of the industry here in our country. I had done a lot of customer service related work in different call centers not to mention sales both inbound and outbound sales. I have a financial account as well with one of the centers I worked including Medical Insurance Account and Airline Reservation and Vacation Packages Accounts. The last account I handled with the last BPO company I worked with was a Technical Account for Internet Services. There is lot more talents and skills I can still shed out for any kind of project. But yet I remain and humble and down to earth with a sense of entrepreneurial spirit in one for any project I handle. I believe in the principle of "KAIZEN" a Japanese principle that you should be excellent in everything that you do be it a small or huge task to make. That's why I do every project as excellent as I could and to treat the business or project as my own to grow and develop. In life, it is not always the money that we make the projects but to make a dream a realization even for others.
