YOUNG PEOPLE RECEIVED THE OUTPOURING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
Last October 6, 2014, a Holy Ghost Day was concluded in
GHCMI-Tanauan Sanctuary wherein over 50 young people from
home cell groups and campus cell groups where gathered in
the hope to drink from the cup of God’s goodness.
Thirsty as it may seem, the young people attended the cell
celebration like this with the hope to know and received the
Holy Spirit. As a feedback from most of the attendees, they
said that the experience was awesome and they have loved
the presence of being in the hand of God.
After the said activity, the young people exhibited a
fire to do evangelism and follow-up which is a sign that they
understand the call of God. Young people showed willingness to follow the voice of the Holy Spirit.
Spirit.
An increased in the number of cell group attendees was also observed. More cell members bring their
friends in the cell meetings. A significant number of young
people attending worship services was also recorded.
Most of the attendees were first time church attenders .
Seeing them approaching God’s throne is such a big blessing
knowing that a sweet sound and aroma is rising above God’s
throne. The sound of young people speaking in tongues and
uttering praises to God filled the atmosphere of the sanctuary.
Sounds of prayer were lifted up as the church leaders prayed
As the old saying goes,
“When it rain, it pours”
And so the Spirit of God poured out. More breakthroughs in
the youth ministry is expected as the Holy Spirit continues to
direct the move of His people. :)
YOUTH IN ACTION INTENSIFIED!
Over fields we go, Laughing all the way! Fun-filled and Spirit-filled, the youth of GHCMI Tanauan supported the church in its evangelism activity in Brgy. Trapiche, Tanauan City, Batangas. The youth cell group attendees were revisited and new faces met were also invited. Amidst changing hot and rainy weather, the youth traversed the roadways of the barangay. This was done last November 10, 2014.
Follow-up activity and inviting new ones are just two out of the many activities of the cell ministry. It is the manner by which we can
reconnect again with friends we rarely seen and through which the cell group expands. The thing when practice as a lifestyle will surely
make fellowshipping and edification more enjoyable and more fruitful. See you again next LAKAD-thon fellaz! :)

A foodtrip overload-themed activity was held last November

have attended the activity.
Bibles also were distributed for free among the attendees. The
second part of the activity were the games and the unlimited
snacks time. Unspeakable joy was seen in the faces of the youth
who have attended the said event. :)
It was a two-part activity. The first activity was held in such a
way that the young people will be fed by the spiritual food and
that is the word of God. After watching a movie excerpt from The
Passion of Christ, a short exhortation was given by Pstr. Ogie
