I have been working as a Customer service representative for 4 years, my first customer service job was in a tourist gift shop, where I got the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world. Some of my duties include selling products and working with customers to find what they want, answer any questions customers may have, and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. After working in the gift shop for 2 years, I went back to school to study practical nursing because I have a drive and passion for helping others. Working in health care thought me the importance of being patient, understanding and compassionate, I was also able to grasp and understand the importance of customer/patient confidentiality. I was also able to work in a call center environment for 1 year, where I was a resolutions specialist who mostly dealt with customers complaint, in this role I was trained on how to be a good team leader who will always portray a positive attitude at all times when working under pressure. I am currently working at home as a part-time customer service representative, I believe in always providing a seamless customer service experience, so I am looking for a full-time position where I will be able to continue my customer service journey.
