Associate in Sales and Digital Marketing was my last job in a Japanese Company here in the Philippines for 1 year and 4 mos. I was tasked to dig leads and set meetings to discuss the presentation we have in order to introduce our product.(Alibaba.Com Gold Membership Program) But prior to that I was with Three BPO companies for almost 10 years. I handled Telecommunication, Broadband and Cable accounts. ( Sprint, Charter Broadband & Cable, At&T Buss. accounts and the last one was with Time Warner Cable ) Customer Service Representative was my expertise, but I also had an experience in Technical Support . I Used to handle billing, payments, order placing, phone activation and upgrading customer plans.
