•I am good in handling customer inquiries and complaints. I became a Customer Service Representative for Customer Care and TeleSales in a Hotel Reservation Account. The software that we used is Voyager and Eureka. I just want also to share that I learn how to do Data Entry when I handled Education Account. I was a Technical Support Representative/Customer Service in this account and the software that we used is OneCRM and CS Tool.
