After the careful analysis of the current existing policies, organizational culture and the views of the key employees articulated organization wide HR policies, procedures & templates to ensure reliability across the organization
Ensure compliance across the entire group by conducting Online surveys and giving the assurance to the employee that his things for sure will be kept confidential
Conceptualization of centralized travel desk linked to the corporate travel policy which resulted in time utilization and cost benefits.
Designed the new HR portal and successfully implemented the same for their login and leaves details.
New Sessions for trainings on various topics introduced in the culture
ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT
i. Initiated the process of identifying the gaps in accordance to the competence with other companies among departments and implementing the same to improve work culture
ii. Team building culture in the Company.
iii. Created a helpdesk against exploitation specially for females, Myself one of the members
iv. Initiated an Organization Re-design exercise which aimed at recreating the new Position Summary, Job Descriptions and Job Specifications for all existing positions and implementation of the same
TALENT DEVELOPMENT:
i. Organized the new performance management process (Balanced Scorecard).
ii. KPIs designing on the basis of surveys for all processes.
iii. Defined structural chart for all departments and flashing to everyone for the smooth communication across organization.
iv. Directed new initiatives like the brief session with the new joiners on monthly basis resulting in the higher productivity and reduced attrition rate.
v. Introduced the concept of soft skills training for the first time in the organization in the Marketing departments so motivation gets innovated from inside only.
vi. Improved the Facility Management system, implemented a no profit canteen for the employees.
Introduced a new buddy growing activity in which a friendly atmosphere is created for the new comer to get enrolled in the system easily and understood the processes while working.
Providing introductory sessions before new employees to make them understand the objectives of Performance Appraisals and its process.
Conducting Appraisal on the basis of Confirmation / Performance / Potential across the levels and establishing framework to validate and link it to promotion / increment / incentive and other remunerations.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :
i. Preparing salary and leaves records, PF and ESIC records for all locations
ii. Conducted salary survey of the direct competitors, mapped each position and suggested the compensation bands which resulted in attracting best talent from the industry and higher motivation of the existing workforce.
iii. Conducting Annual Employee Opinion survey and recommend changes on policy matters
iv. Conducting Annual Merit Increases/ Bonus exercises inclusive of scenario planning, counseling of line managers and individuals, monitoring final implementation by payroll.
v. Review polices of subsidiaries with parent company norms.
vi. Ensuring adherence to norms for minimum wages released by law of India. Raising a trigger if required to senior management.
HIRING:
i. Campus Recruitment process introduction from the remote locations resulting in saving the salary
Cost to approx. 50% also hired the talented young and energetic lot resulting in the increase of the productivity and efficiency at the workplace.
ii. Replaced external head hunters with 01 Full time employee with naukri.com access.
Introduced the Insight concept wherein the good thoughts of all employees will be published in the company’s profile and self-motivated stories of Benchmarks shared so that the goals can motivate the performers
OPERATIONAL HR ROLE :
I conduct a session for my team on fortnightly basis to ensure that all my team members are up to date with any new changes in the HR domain , any new upcoming technologies etc.
