I have been in the Customer Service industry since 2011 and have been helping online businesses with their customer satisfaction via emails, calls, chat and social media since 2014. I am an expert in eCommerce stores and familiar with the tools most commonly used such as ZenDesk, Shopify, Oberlo, Amazon, GSuite apps, and Microsoft Office apps. I was a general VA for my most recent boss and I was also in charge of almost all of the day to day essentials like order fulfillment, product listing, Social Media management and logistics, inventory management and I also did some blog post writing.
