Guiding Customers through placing orders, updating account information, and conducting basic troubleshooting.  As a Support Specialist, I act as the front-line responder and act as a consulting concierge for helping customers find the best possible solution.

I am also an online gamer for the past 10 years and do manage teams and clans. My passion to gaming lead to me the world of cryptocurrency and NFT games.
