My goal is to make use of my free time in more productive way while earning as well. I have been working as a travel agent/ customer service representative for more than 8 years for international online sites. I am trained to handle phone calls, emails, chats, SMS and to use GDS, CRMs, VOIPs, etc.

I am very open minded in learning and in adjusting to the work provided.
