Gean Paulo Paguirigan

I am a Virtual Assistant with a strong background in tech, design, and operations. I’ve been working remotely since 2014, helping clients streamline their daily tasks, build their online presence, and stay organized across different areas of their business.

I started out in web design and development, building custom WordPress sites and managing hosting environments. Along the way, I picked up valuable skills in domain setup, cPanel, SSL configurations, and email setup and management, all the behind-the-scenes tech that helps keep a website and business running smoothly. I still enjoy solving those kinds of technical challenges for clients today.

I also worked full-time at Uber, where I handled safety investigations, fraud-related cases, and stakeholder coordination. That role helped me develop strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to stay focused in high-pressure environments, all of which translate well into my current VA work.

Aside from the technical side, I also enjoy creating things, whether that’s formatting documents, writing website copy, designing presentations, or crafting user guides. I regularly use tools like WordPress, Canva, Figma, Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, and Excel. I also create SOPs, user manuals, and support documentation for clients who need their processes clearly laid out and easy to follow.

I’m a fast learner, dependable, and able to work independently without needing constant supervision. I value open communication, clarity, and consistency in every project I work on. My goal is always to help make your workload lighter by handling the tasks that slow you down so you can focus on the big-picture goals of your business.
