• Professionally respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone

• Schedule, confirm, and manage virtual bookings and appointments

• Provide clear and friendly information on services, procedures, pricing, and aftercare

• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and any concerns with empathy and efficiency

• Maintain accurate client records, including service history and preferences

• Track communication and follow up with clients to encourage return visits

• Support social media engagement by responding to DMs and comments in a timely manner

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and virtual calendar management

• Ensure brand consistency in all communication and digital touchpoints
