Technology upgradation for a better production and less labour intensive Highlights: Spearheaded a process improvement program in manufacturing operations that led to decrease in lead-time by 12% saving approximately INR 2.7 million annually by suggesting to realign cutting blade Proposed infrastructural changes in the shop floor and expansions by introducing dual trolley systems per machine and executed this for all machines within the allotted budget which helped in reducing setup time from 2 hours to 30 minutes and was later implemented in all 7 plants pan India.
