NIKE’s European Operations required a solution for enabling the automatic processing of sales data from Business Partners and generate reports and analysis to help manage Business Operation and Vendor Relationships. The ARIS (Analytical and Reporting Information System) was built to provide information of the sales of Nike Products and link them to Retailer data, covering fields of reporting, score-carding, ad-hoc analysis and budgeting.
My project included worked on the ARIS system and generate reports on adverse market situations. The scope of the project was replace AstraZeneca’s legacy Global electronic library (GEL) with a new global electronic library (ANGEL), which was an integrated systems. This project was conducted in 2 phases: the first half of the project was to gather functional and non-functional requirement and test them in the sandbox environment to ensure that all the systems of the new GEL is performing as expected. And, the second half was to integrate all the complex network of mission critical system to ensure seamless data flow for day to day activities and provide a 24X7 support.
The purpose of ANGEL was to provide the solution to eliminate and reduce compliance issues and risk of product recall. Due to this project, the failure to renew the marketing authority licenses due to registration inaccuracies reduced from greater than 90% to less than 10% and the risk of delay to major submission reduced from 50% to less than 10%.
