Contracts Coordinator
Development, maintenance, and review of relevant templates
for standard contracts.
Drafting contracts, grant agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and other
agreements as necessary
Monitoring the drafting process until the contract is fully
executed, and filing contracts according to the filing system.
