Does creating killer digital content inspire you? Can you balance writing for social media with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and not lose sight of the nitty-gritty details? Everywhere Agency is looking for a Content Coordinator who is passionate about the written word, driven to learn and grow, and brimming with ideas to elevate social content.
This role will work to support our Senior Content Strategist by creating copy and content for a variety of external communications for our agency. First and foremost, this role will manage all of Everywhere Agency’s social media channels — embodying and representing the spirit of our firm. You will be expected to create video content, provide coverage at live events, and more — so a keen understanding of social media marketing is a must.
Our Content Coordinator also needs to have impeccable grammar and be a fierce editor. You must have the ability to give great edits and provide feedback on any documents that crosses your desk. You should have a demonstrated ability of being able to write in different styles and switch brand voice/tone with ease.
You should have the ability to produce clean and attractive presentations. A cursory understanding of design basics, knowledge of content strategy, and effective email marketing is a plus.
As the gatekeeper of externally-facing messages, you’ll ensure that all content produced by Everywhere Agency embodies our expectations for excellence and is consistent with our brand voice.
Responsibilities
Create all content for our social media channels.
Assume responsibility for blog content editorial calendar. Assign writing tasks and oversee deadlines.
Continually refine Everywhere’s approach to content.
Support PR initiatives through strategic messaging.
Copy edit and guide the tone of all content produced in-house – from creative briefs for influencers to Everywhere’s social media posts.
Working in tandem with the Senior Content Strategist , you will help execute their vision for the content and work within the outlined strategies to produce award winning work.
Become an expert on clients’ businesses and maintain strong knowledge of category and emerging trends and technology by staying three steps ahead.
Submit to industry awards, speaking opportunities, external blogging opportunities, and potential media hits and track the outcomes.
Lead occasional brainstorms and creative meetings as needed.
Be a self-starter who ideates, creates and edits materials without constant supervision.
Set realistic deadlines for yourself and team members and ensure they are met.
