I have more than 15 years of work experience in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry.
During those 15 years, I have been a Customer Service Representative handling both phone and email contacts for North American clients. I have also spent some time as a trainer, assisting newly hired agents. I also had been a Training and Quality Analyst for Australian clients handling report generation, auditing, and coaching agents for onboarding Australian legal clients.
My previous job was as a full-time Social Media Manager for a Digital Marketing company. I was in charge of all of their social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, and Youtube. My tasks were scheduling manual promotions, events, and third-party posts in all of their social media accounts. I am also doing social media engagements.
I also created the company's Social Media report, process maps, and guidelines. I also made strategic plans on how we can increase our followers by posting content that is engaging to our viewers. Part of my task as well as to audit posts that were saved in third-party application queues on a daily basis. My various work experience has allowed me to hone my skills in being a well-rounded individual. I am available 20 to 30 hours weekly and can work in any time zone as per business needs.
