I am a multifaceted professional with a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence. With a career journey that spans various industries and roles, I bring a unique blend of skills that I am eager to leverage in a new opportunity.

Throughout my career, I have honed my talents in digital marketing, administrative leadership, mortgage servicing, and effective communication. In my freelance and contract work, I have successfully created and developed a plethora of marketing materials, including logos, business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, and posters for an array of businesses. This creative prowess extends to my private company, GFrench Productions, where I've curated compelling brand identities.

My administrative capabilities are showcased in my track record of successfully managing and directing marketing teams, ensuring tasks are completed with excellence. My contributions extend to web design, content creation, and training. Notably, I have played an integral role in organizing and contributing to the design and content of three websites catering to distinct purposes and audiences. My role as a mentor and leader has been pivotal, whether it was training associates at Macy’s Logistics and Operations, testing training materials for a team of twenty loss mitigation agents at Gateway Mortgage Group, or leading classes at Lighthouse Christian Academy.

My more than two years of experience in the finance and mortgage industry with Gateway Mortgage Group have instilled in me an intricate understanding of mortgage servicing, particularly in loss mitigation, escrow, and general servicing. This tenure has equipped me with the ability to navigate complex situations, make informed underwriting decisions, and effectively communicate with borrowers and third-party vendors.

Communication is at the heart of my professional journey. As a Loss Mitigation Relationship Specialist and Customer Service Specialist at Gateway Mortgage Group, I have seamlessly fielded customer inquiries via email and phone, while also leading presentations in both internal and external meetings. My proactive communication style is further highlighted in my role at Cloudaction, LLC, where I coordinated and scheduled client briefings, and efficiently managed internal projects, fostering cohesion and alignment.

Educationally, I am pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resource Management from Western Governor’s University, with an anticipated completion date in Fall 2022. I also hold an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Tulsa Community College, as well as a High School Diploma with Honors from Lighthouse Christian Academy.

In addition to my professional journey, I have been recognized as the High School Salutatorian, a Phi Theta Kappa Member, and have consistently earned a place on the President’s Honour Roll and High School Honour Roll. My commitment to excellence has been further evidenced through my involvement in the Student Government Representative role.
