Professional Responsibilities Warehouse – Store Operations  Key participant to implementation of Stores Operations Policy & SOP  Key owner to implementation & installation of New Storage System for In house Yarn  Successfully handled 70+ manpower team and liaising with 15+ Departments for end to end Process excellence Operations in Raymond & BGPPL. 1  Receipts, Issue, Storage, Binning, Preservation, Quality & Quantity Inspection and Rejection.  Managed 20-22 Godowns to Store the material category wise, near to consumption point.  Yarn issue to Weaving for fabric production, Packing & Dispatches to other units & weaving vendors with documents, according to production planning.  Fabric generation from remaining small lots of yarn with coordination with Designing & SCM.  Lead and/or participate on process improvement teams to drive cost savings and process improvement towards ZERO loses in Material Handling  Launch of E-auction tools resulting transparent bidding , technical and commercial analysis & revenue generation  Periodic training to team to ensure business objectives are as per the organization requirements.  100% stock count on inventory, effort to improve the process of Storage and inventory in conjunction with manufacturing company.  Perpetual & Physical Inventory checking, inventory control through MIN-MAX stock levels.
