My name is Ganesh Bogineni, and I am a Data Analyst with over three years of experience in leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making. I specialize in creating dynamic dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, developing scalable ETL pipelines with tools like AWS Glue and Azure Data Factory, and executing large-scale data processing with Apache Spark and Hadoop. 

My technical expertise extends to statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced SQL. 

Currently, I am working at Allstate,where I design Power BI dashboards and automate data workflows, enabling actionable insights for stakeholders. I hold a Master's in Computer Science from Wright State University. My passion lies in solving complex problems by transforming data into
