I have wide experience in various roles in the BPO/Call Center industry such as being in Customer Service, Sales, Back Office Processes, Data Entry, and Admin tasks.

Some of the most recent tasks I that I have performed:

● Sourcing products at best cost and quality to support Client’s promotional needs

● Coordinates with vendors to secure price, stock and lead time for the order

● Big with creating PowerPoint presentations with virtuals and product descriptions

● Daily use of applications such as Word Document, Excel, Outlook, SmartSheet and CRM Oracle

● I serve as the middle person between Suppliers and Client to communicate important activities about the project

Project Management skills and responsibilities:

• Researching latest product trends
• Negotiating with various vendors to get better cost and quality in every single transaction
• Scheduling projects depending on the due date and level of importance
• Managing budget to make sure we maintain good cost management
• Managing risk for projects that are unique. Being resourceful in this area works best. 
• Organizing tasks on a day to day basis to easily recover pending projects and to start where I left off from previous day
