I worked for KPMG Consulting in Italy. Working for one of the most known consultancy companies in the business world was an invaluable experience for me, as I was able to test myself in a competitive work environment and demonstrate the knowledge that I had gained. Strong determination, proactivity and curiosity have been crucial aspects to overcome every obstacle, gaining the most possible knowledge from every positive and negative experience. Concluded my experience in consulting, I moved to UniCredit, where I had the chance to work together with the Head of Markets UK, US and Asia in the management area of the Markets department. The months at UniCredit have further stirred my professional and personal growth as I had the opportunity to work in an international and competitive environment in which I was able to express my potential and the skills that I gained during my previous experiences. I learned how to deal with stress and difficulties in front of colleagues and clients, and I found the dynamic and professional environment to be very stimulating.
