I have used Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint for the majority of my life. I earned the Microsoft Office Specialist certificate back in high school in the summer of 2013. Ever since I graduated high school I have been working in customer service as both a restaurant server and hotel front desk clerk. I also have experience handling funds due to handling the register, calculating tax, comparing rival companies prices and giving customer change back. I could take orders and make reservations over the phone with customers and guests.
