About

I am a detail-oriented and mission-driven operations and community engagement professional with a strong background in public service, administrative coordination, and customer-facing communication. My experience spans municipal government, small business operations, and community-centered programs, giving me a unique ability to manage complex processes while staying grounded in people-focused service.

In my current role as the Development Services Coordinator for the City of Forest Hill, I serve as a bridge between the public and multiple city departments, including Planning & Zoning, Building Inspections, Public Works, and Code Enforcement. I handle high-volume inquiries, guide residents through permitting processes, and support projects ranging from open records requests to development applications, departmental coordination, and city-wide communication initiatives. This work has strengthened my skills in organization, problem-solving, and translating technical information into clear, accessible guidance that helps families and businesses feel supported.

Beyond my municipal work, I am an entrepreneur and co-founder of Butter & Crumb Co., an artisan bakery and community-centered brand. Through this venture, I manage everything from production schedules and vendor outreach to marketing, events, and customer experience. Balancing both public service and business ownership has made me adaptable, resourceful, and highly efficient with time management, logistics, and communication.

I approach every role with a commitment to clarity, follow-through, and relationship building. Whether I’m guiding a resident through a zoning question, creating a streamlined workflow for a department, or organizing a community-based project, I focus on reducing barriers and improving the overall experience for the people I serve. I thrive in environments where I can combine structure with creativity—developing processes, solving operational challenges, and supporting teams with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.

I am also passionate about lifelong learning and professional development. I hold a BBA, am completing a second degree in Public Administration, and continue to grow my skills in project management, community organizing, and operational planning.

Overall, I bring reliability, warmth, and operational excellence to every role. I care deeply about helping organizations run smoothly, supporting communities, and contributing to work that makes a meaningful impact.
