PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I am a Senior Account Manager with over 7 years of experience in Commercial area, and I have 12
years of practice in the IT area.
I am passionate about solving IT needs for companies, partners, clients, and I have spent the last 7
years of my career helping to grow profitability of the company by 20% through my efforts and my
skills in consultative and collaborative selling.
In addition, I studied a Master's Degree in Business Administration to further develop managerial
skills such as finance, strategic project assessment and marketing.

Responsible for the assigned client portfolio, assessing client needs and
priorities to offer the company’s current technological solutions and identify the
value proposition compared to competitors to close the deal. The functions
carried out for this purpose include:
Conducting market research to identify sales possibilities and seek
opportunities.
Seeking new opportunities to focus on and add to the client portfolio.
Listening to clients' desires, needs, and challenges. For this, meetings are
scheduled to ensure smooth communication and understand their needs and
pain points.
Providing suitable presentations on technological solutions so clients can have
a clear idea of what Alpha Systems offers.
Identifying Alpha Systems' value proposition (competitive advantage)
compared to competitors, presenting it to the client, and ultimately closing the
deal.
