I have two years of experience working in customer service within three different industries: hospitality, technology, and healthcare. I have worked as both a phone and chat agent so I am able to communicate efficiently and fluently with customers through either platform. My focus is on providing a great customer experience with a positive attitude and willingness to assist.
I also work as a freelance voiceover artist. Projects I have worked on include business related presentations, online commercials, IVR recordings and prompts, real estate property videos and story narrations.
