I have also worked as a Leads Manager for a real estate investor and I have handled their phone, email, and chat support, management of CRM, made sure every property obtained is listed when needed and advertised properly and in a timely manner. I also assisted in building our buyers' list and did skip tracing, data mining and every other administrative task you can think of. 

Prior to becoming a freelancer, I have been in the BPO industry for over a decade in the technical support and customer service fields. This is where it all started.
