Gabriel Cueto

I consider myself calm and sociable. I am passionate about programming, especially backend. Elixir and this ecosystem is what I enjoy working with the most. I am very interested in distributed systems and machine learning. Outside of programming, I really enjoy experiencing new things whenever possible, as well as spending time with my family, reading a good book or just walking. I like to write in my blog and give workshops and talks. I have participated locally in Devfest and various meetups, as well as events at local universities, trying to raise awareness of the benefits of working with Elixir and Golang. I started programming thanks to the homebrew scene of the PSP console. Learning LUA and C, and knowing the GNU / Linux ecosystem. I really like to draw (although I am quite bad) and although I have good experience working in frontend it is not something that I am passionate about doing. I like to know and try new technologies to have more options to use the right tool in each situation.
