I have gathered a total of 42 months working experience in BPO Industry as a Customer Service and as a Sales Representative handling all international accounts such as Telecommunications, Hotel Reservation, Retention, Roadside Assistance, and the most recent was a Healthcare Account. I also have an experience working as a Chat Support Specialist for a Home Rental campaign and I was hired by an Outsourcing Company.
