•Primary facilitator to establish the Philippine office for Unipac Consulting Engr Office.
•Major in the used and Coordination works in AutoCAD, BricsCAD for Industrial, Commercial and Residential hi-rise projects.
•Capable to produce combined services drawings (CSD) of building services, sections, and elevation views based on the design drawings, that is, to merge the inter-disciplinary aspects of different floors and form a comprehensive/coordinated drawing in order to minimize errors or “clashes” in the actual implementation.
•Production of Mechanical & plumbing drawings, Electrical and Structural drawings. It is specifically includes the design of HVAC, piping, Drainage, Water Supply, Fire Protection System in a building and commercial establishments, and making sure that all the drawings are set up to cater the standard requirements of government institutions, as well as clients from different consultants or companies
•Worked in Singapore as Autocad designer in Mechanical and Electrical consultant and general contractor as well.

•A former training instructor of Autodesk’s Revit MEP for Microcadd Technologies Inc. Quezon City, Philippines.
