Fritz David Ramos

I'm Fritz David Ramos looking for a full-time home-based job because I believe that working for my family and maximizing my time with them at home is a very good opportunity.

My previous job was working on multiple excel reports and analyzing data that I use in managing a team of more or less 1800. These reports are used for monitoring and managing productivity, client weekly reports and invoicing (client or contractual hours).

I have been working in this industry for 10 years now, starting from the front line taking care of customers directly and worked my way up to managerial positions taking over escalations and leading my own teams.

Aside from that I also have experience on the support side of the operations. I was also a trainer starting up a project working with US clients directly. I was also part of real time monitoring team making sure that every customer is taken cared of, eventually lead a workforce management team supporting multiple call center sites.

I was able to deliver in all the responsibilities I had and did that by working hard and working smart. Always finding ways to improve and be efficient and always learning.

A little about me. I spent my free time with my family enjoying good food anywhere. I love to go the beach or park with my wife and kid along with our dogs. I also enjoy running, playing basketball and going out with my friends.
