I am an eager learner who worked for the BPO industry for about 10 years. My experience in Customer Service covered a wide range of mediums and business types. To elaborate, I supported customers via e-mail, phone and forum. The service I rendered were about technical support, customer service, a little bit of accounting and search engines. I also have dealt with different roles. I was a front liner, then a subject matter expert, a vendor tech lead and a team leader. I also worked for a couple of start up accounts and helped build their internal systems/processes in place.
I have 2 years worth of experience working remotely as Virtual Assistant. I was tasked to do research, updating websites (Shopify and WordPress), product sourcing and many more.
I need minimal supervision and I am an advocate of continuous improvement. I take initiative to improve my work and I'm highly organize. I prefer a long-term job with stability(part-time or full-time) because I know that maintaining a long-term relationship is the key to success.
